What is saved

The quotation form stores your name, email, optional website, business name where relevant, selected service, budget range, timeframe, brief and time of consent in a private database.

Why it is saved

To review your request and prepare a quotation. Consent is required for this contact purpose. You are not subscribed to marketing. Use fictional project and client details while demonstrating the service; a working email address is needed for account verification. Do not submit sensitive information.

Who can access it

A signed-in administrator can review submissions and update their status. No third-party marketing, payment or advertising integration is active. Account verification, password reset and service notices can be emailed through Google Workspace.

Retention and requests

Demonstration submissions remain in the private database until the project owner removes them. Ask the project owner to inspect or remove test records. A verified privacy contact, production retention policy and applicable rights process are required before real customer intake.
